You will be the key link between clients, internal engineering teams, and authorities to ensure timely submissions and accurate technical records, supporting Malaysia's growing clean energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field related to energy or engineering.
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior experience with TNB/SEDA/ST is a plus but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail, proactive and deadline-driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication across corporate and government environments.
• Proficient in Word/Excel; able to manage PDFs and large documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track applications with government bodies (TNB, SEDA, ST).
• Assist ITA and other green incentive applications.
• Coordinate grid connection processes with TNB and meter changes.
• Liaise between clients, internal teams, and authorities to coordinate information and requirements.
• Review and verify documents for regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and approvals to ensure timely processing.
• Stay updated on solar regulations and communicate changes to teams.
• Manage PDF documents for submissions and record keeping.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Project, and Accounts teams for supporting docs.
• Maintain records of submissions, approvals, deadlines, and outstanding items.
• Monitor milestones and ensure documentation aligns before energization.
