Job summary

WIL Health Coordination Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a committed Key Account Executive to support elderly clients and their families in Australia. The role focuses on case management, coordinating care with a range of healthcare professionals, and building lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Background in counselling, psychology, mental health, nursing, social work, or any healthcare-related field.
• Able to communicate effectively in Korean.
• Healthcare experience preferred but candidates from related health and community service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for clients and their families.
• Help elderly clients access the healthcare services they need.
• Coordinate appointments with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Therapists, Dietitians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow up with clients and ensure their needs are well supported.
• Work closely with our Australian healthcare team.
• Manage schedules and maintain accurate client information.
• Build positive, long-term relationships with clients and healthcare partners.
