Job summary

MTEK Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced LMW management professional to handle documentation, import/export logistics, and compliance across local and overseas shipments.

The role requires familiarity with Malaysian customs and LMW procedures (A2, M1, M2, M4) and strong liaison with government bodies, transporters and agents. Join us to ensure timely shipments, maintain licenses and support the team with administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in LMW management, import/export logistics, or administrative compliance.
• Familiarity with Malaysian Customs regulations, LMW procedures (A2, M1, M2, M4), and basic immigration/ESD portal processes.
• Experience dealing with external government bodies, transporters, and agents.

Responsibilities

• Manage LMW documentation, including reviewing A2 additions and submitting M1 and M2 reports.
• Handle import and export customs clearance, settle duties and taxes, and coordinate with transporters.
• Oversee local and overseas shipments from end to end and track delivery statuses.
• Provide necessary shipping documents and LMW licenses to agents and transporters.
• Track and coordinate the renewal of all company licenses, including local council and manufacturing licenses.
• Work closely with external agents to manage expatriate visa and work permit applications.
• Support the management and team with other duties as assigned.
