Job summary

Omron Electronics S.p.A. seeks a Product Marketing & Management - Support to assist the Special Project Manager and coordinate with regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Special Project Manager in daily tasks for Asia Pacific coverage.
• Facilitate extensive communication with Japan, HQ teams and national sales.
• Support escalation handling and prioritization processes.
• Assist inventory activities across distribution network and channels.
• Help forecast demand using historical data for inventory planning.

Short Description

The Responsibilities:

• Assist the Special Project Manager in his daily tasks to satisfied Asia Pacific countries and customer fulfilment.
• Assist engagement in extensive communication with internal Product Business Unit in Japan, HQ team (Supply chain, Area Marketing Management, Product Marketing, Corporate Planning) and National Sales Countries’ team.
• Assist to manage escalation process and prioritization.
• Assist in strategic inventory activities in areas of distributing, tracking, and managing inventory across Omron’s distribution network and sales channels.
• Assist in providing accurate (to your best ability) demand forecasting by using historical data to make informed inventory planning decisions.

The Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Data Analytics, Accounting or Business Management.
• 1~2 years working experience in multi-national corporation, cross-matrix functions.
• Proven Track record in problem-solving, able to work under pressure.
• Must have good command over MS Excel
• Business Intelligence literacy
• Ability to work well across various functions and teams.
