Job summary

Portcities seeks a dynamic Junior Consultant to join our consulting team. This role supports analysis, design, implementation, and support of technology solutions addressing clients' business needs, working with senior consultants and clients to deliver value.

You will analyze processes, accompany clients through the full delivery cycle, create documentation, and troubleshoot Odoo issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IS/CS/Business/Accounting/Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in solution-based sales, business development, or pre-sales with ERP/software implementation focus.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization in Malaysia.
• Intermediate English communication, presentation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and requirements to design solutions; produce specs, UAT plan, test cases, flowcharts, diagrams.
• Support full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
• Conduct internal testing before releasing for UAT.
• Create user manuals and provide end-user training per agreement.
• Troubleshoot Odoo-related issues and ensure smooth integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
• Stay updated on Odoo developments and propose improvements.
• Support pre-sales by creating and presenting demos to clients.
