Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Software Developer to build, maintain, and enhance in-house business applications within a dynamic manufacturing environment in Labuan, Malaysia. The role focuses on developing practical IT solutions, supporting ERP integrations, and improving system interfaces.

Expect hands-on work with multiple technologies (C#, .NET/ASP.NET, Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript) and a strong emphasis on database maintenance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field is required.
• Legal right to work in Malaysia; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET/ASP.NET, Java, Python, PHP, or JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server/MySQL).
• Experience with ERP systems or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance in-house business applications.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement software applications.
• Maintain and support existing applications and databases.
• Gather user requirements and translate into IT solutions.
• Collaborate with departments to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal apps and ERP systems.
• Work with APIs and system interfaces for data exchange.
• Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with standards and security.
