foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks an O2C Specialist to manage end-to-end billing, payment processing, and month-end reconciliation across SAP, Salesforce, and Looker. You will oversee cross-system reconciliations, vendor payout cycles, and billing runs, ensuring accuracy for multiple revenue streams while driving process improvements and data integrity.

• 3–5+ years in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable, or Billing operations.
• Hands‑on proficiency in SAP (FICA/GL), Salesforce (SF), and BI reporting tools (Looker/BigQuery).
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation) required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end billing, payment processing, and month-end reconciliation cycles.
• Perform pre-billing checks, verify billable/child accounts, chain vendor linkage, and bank details across Salesforce and SAP.
• Reconcile backend orders against sales orders and cross-check commission discrepancies between SF and SAP.
• Execute and monitor billing and invoicing document runs.
• Manage non-commission revenue (NCR) automation processes, including setup fees, premium placements, ad credits, listing fees, and penalties.
• Lead month-end close tasks and prepare billing summaries.
