Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Billing/O2C professional to join our client’s expanding finance team in Malaysia. You will manage daily invoicing, perform reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in Billing, AR or O2C.
• Hands-on invoicing, reconciliations and resolving billing issues.
• Experience using SAP or similar O2C systems.
• Mandarin and English speaking.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing and invoicing activities, including creating, correcting and cancelling invoices.
• Perform reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies or open items.
• Ensure invoices are accurate, complete and compliant with internal processes.
• Work with Sales, Credit and Finance teams to resolve billing-related issues.
• Support process improvements, system changes and testing within SAP/O2C.
• Assist with audit requests and maintain accurate billing documentation.
