Job summary

ENGIE Malaysia is seeking an Engineer for Operation & Maintenance (O&M) to oversee Mechanical & Electrical systems at client sites in Kedah. You will ensure compliance with HSE standards, maintain service levels, and lead site teams in daily O&M activities, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality for O&M activities at customer sites and related M&E systems, compliant with HSE and statutory requirements.
• Achieve O&M service levels and UPF performance, managing customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Lead site teams in daily O&M of M&E machinery and associated systems.
• Ensure timely and high-quality issuance of technical documentation and monthly reports.
• Study feasibility of projects to propose productivity and technical improvements in liaison with ENGIE services.
