Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
• Interest in Operations & Maintenance, Facilities Management, and Utilities Systems.
• Basic understanding of M&E systems, HVAC, instrumentation, or SCADA is beneficial.
• Good analytical and communication skills; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist O&M team in monitoring and maintaining Utilities Plants and Facilities.
• Support routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of M&E systems.
• Participate in site visits and gain exposure to HVAC, chilled water, and SCADA systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, maintenance records, and service performance data.
• Track maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment performance.
• Learn and apply HSE requirements and company procedures during operations.
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and process optimization.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and technicians on daily activities.
