Job summary

AM LIFE INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD is expanding its nutrition division in Malaysia. We seek a leader to supervise a team delivering client assessments, nutrition consultations, and wellness programmes aimed at improving health and performance.

You will tailor nutrition plans, educate clients, monitor progress, and collaborate with other departments to promote wellness products and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the nutrition team in client assessments, consultations, and wellness programmes.
• Assess clients' nutritional needs, habits, body composition, and fitness goals to tailor programmes.
• Develop and oversee customised meal plans and nutrition strategies for weight, muscle, recovery and sport performance.
• Educate clients on healthy eating, supplementation, hydration, and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve knowledge and consultation skills.
• Establish guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across the team.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation of consultations and progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaigns and wellness events.
• Support development of nutrition programmes and workshops to engage customers and promote wellness products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job description

Lead and supervise the nutrition team in conducting client assessments, nutrition consultations, and wellness programmes to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Assess clients' nutritional needs, lifestyle habits, body composition, and fitness goals to develop personalised nutrition and sports nutrition programmes.

Develop and oversee customised meal plans and nutrition strategies to support weight management, muscle gain, recovery, and sports performance.

Provide professional guidance and educate clients on healthy eating habits, supplementation, hydration, and evidence-based sports nutrition practices.

Monitor clients' progress and evaluate programme effectiveness, making appropriate adjustments to nutrition plans to achieve desired outcomes.

Train, coach, and mentor nutrition team members to enhance their professional knowledge, consultation skills, and service standards.

Establish and implement nutrition consultation guidelines, service procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the team.

Conduct nutrition consultations and handle complex client cases, providing professional advice and guidance to team members when necessary.

Monitor team performance, client satisfaction, and programme outcomes, identifying opportunities for service improvement and business growth.

Keep abreast of current nutrition research, sports science, fitness trends, and wellness practices to ensure the team delivers up-to-date and evidence-based recommendations.

Maintain and oversee accurate consultation records, client progress reports, and team performance documentation.

Collaborate with relevant departments to support marketing campaigns, product education, promotional activities, and wellness events.

Support the development and implementation of nutrition-related programmes, workshops, and initiatives to enhance customer engagement and promote the company's wellness products and services.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
