• Operational: 5-day flexible roster including weekends for client appointments.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive, client-focused Consultant Dietitian or Nutritionist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary health partner for our clients, guiding them through structured detox programs, conducting personalized assessments, and delivering high-touch coaching.

You will work closely with our executive management and marketing teams, playing a hands-on role in shaping program delivery and driving exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

1. Client Consultation & Health Coaching:

Conduct comprehensive 1-on-1 health evaluations, dietary history reviews, and baseline wellness assessments.

Deliver personalized, non-clinical detox coaching sessions and customized meal plans tailored to individual client goals.

Guide clients through detox phases, providing ongoing encouragement, managing program compliance, and troubleshooting dietary adjustments.

2. Client Management & Administration:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date client consultation logs, dietary tracking records, and session progress notes within the company system.

Follow up consistently with active clients via scheduled check-ins to ensure program adherence and high satisfaction levels.

Manage client appointment rosters and ensure smooth coordination between the HQ and operating consultation centers.

3. Program Enhancement & Operations:

Collaborate with executive management to refine detox protocols, client educational guides, and nutritional resources.

Work alongside marketing and business development teams to support client onboarding, wellness workshops, and product demonstrations.

Adhere to company SOPs, hygiene standards, non-clinical safety boundaries, and ethical professional conduct at all times.

Perform general center operations, site management duties, and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements & Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, or equivalent qualification.

Experience Level: Open to enthusiastic Fresh Graduates with strong interpersonal skills, as well as candidates with 1–2 years of clinical, retail, commercial wellness, or dietary consultation experience.

Core Competencies:

Multilingual Capability: Excellent communication skills in English, alongside fluency in local languages or native dialects to interact effectively with our primary client demographics.

Operational Flexibility: Ability to work on a 5-day flexible roster (including weekends) to accommodate scheduled client appointments during peak operational hours.

Soft Skills: Strong empathy, active listening, persuasive communication, and a passion for helping people achieve health transformations.

Professional Boundaries: Firm understanding of non-clinical dietary scope—focusing on holistic nutrition without prescribing medical treatments or clinical diagnoses.
