Job summary

BIO NATURECARE MARKETING SDN BHD is seeking a detail-oriented candidate for a role in our health and wellness division. The position focuses on product development support, client servicing, and coordinating with internal teams across R&D, regulatory, purchasing, and production.

Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma or degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Dietetics or related field is preferred. Strong communication and a proactive attitude are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Dietetics or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Experience in OEM / supplement / food industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in health supplements or functional ingredients.
• Presentation/client servicing skills.
• Basic understanding of KKM / NPRA / HALAL processes.
• Interest in product development and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and product consultations.
• Coordinate with R&D, purchasing, production, design, and regulatory teams.
• Assist in product formulation discussions and ingredient recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, product proposals, and presentation materials.
• Support product development and sample coordination.
• Assist in marketing tools, product information, and training materials preparation.
• Follow up project progress and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Support regulatory documentation and product registration processes when needed.
