Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by addressing client needs, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide personalized nutritional consultations and product recommendations
• Conduct basic health screenings (e.g., blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring)
• Work as part of the team to plan and achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor and manage supplement inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
• Deliver nutrition-related training and briefings to internal teams
• Assist in shooting video content for the company's digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XHS & TikTok)
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
