Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license.
• Post Basic qualification in a related field; Bachelor of Nursing or to be obtained within 2 years of promotion.
• 8 years of clinical experience with diversity in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Enforce high standards of care while organizing and coordinating nursing services.
• Lead nursing team, conduct staff meetings, and participate in hospital committees.
• Review nursing statistics and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor infection control, safety, and patient satisfaction.
