KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a senior nursing leader to oversee ward operations, drive evidence-based practice, and coordinate with consultants to deliver high-quality patient care. The role requires robust clinical expertise and strategic management across nursing services.

The successful candidate will lead staff development, drive continuous quality improvement, and engage in hospital committees to uphold standards.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with Malaysia license and post-basic qualification.
Minimum 8 years of clinical nursing experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills; able to drive quality improvement.

Responsibilities

Enforce high standards of care that are delivered safely, effectively, efficiently, and compassionately, while organizing, directing, and coordinating services.
Establish clear directions for the nursing team to ensure evidence-based practice.
Collaborate with nursing team, consultants, doctors, and other personnel to oversee patient care delivery for optimal satisfaction.
Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing facilities and services.
Review and analyze nursing statistics, performances, activities, improvements, and achievements.
Lead continuous quality improvement in patient care using audits and monitoring compliance with standards.
Plan and set regular staff meetings to discuss issues in nursing services.
Participate in Head of Service meetings and represent in hospital clinical committees.
Evaluate patient charges for completeness and charge accordingly.
