- Preferably holds a Bachelor Degree and or Master in Nursing.
- Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Possession of Post Basic Certificates is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Necessary to have at least 5 years’ experience in clinical teaching.
- Expertise in Nursing Clinical Practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient needs.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma and or Degree in Nursing.

JOB TASK:
- Plan and conduct clinical teaching, education and skills training to improve nursing practice and patient care.
- Implement nursing strategies and objectives in line with hospital policies, accreditation standards, IPSGs/MPSGs and professional requirements.
- Provide leadership and clinical support to nursing staff.
- Support Senior Nursing Management in implementing Clinical Nursing Education strategies.
- Coach and guide nursing staff to improve knowledge, skills and competency.
- Assess staff training needs and develop appropriate education and training programmes.
- Develop, implement and evaluate clinical education, Post Basic and skills training programmes.
- Collaborate with Medical, Allied Health, MOH, educational institutions and other external organisations on training activities.
- Develop and maintain nursing professional practice and education standards.
- Monitor the effectiveness and quality of clinical education programmes.
- Manage and monitor the Clinical Nursing Education budget.
- Support the implementation and evaluation of nursing strategies and quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and coordinate Patient Care Assistants (PCA) and support staff involved in student learning and clinical training.
- Ensure nursing staff are adequately trained to provide safe, quality and patient-centred care.
