Job summary

Golden Age Care Centre Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Staff Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents in line with individualized care plans.

You will perform clinical assessments, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality service. Requirements include a valid RN or LPN license, prior elder care or hospital experience, strong communication, empathy, and proficiency with medical software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital signs monitoring.
• Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident's health conditions and needs.
• Monitor and promptly report changes in residents' physical or mental health to appropriate personnel or physicians.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure documentation complies with medical and legal requirements.
• Educate residents and families on health maintenance, disease management, and treatment compliance.
• Respond to medical emergencies, perform first aid/CPR, and follow established emergency protocols.
• Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Uphold infection prevention and control procedures.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure cohesive care delivery.
