Job summary

Loving Mansion Health Center in Johor Bahru District is seeking compassionate Nurses and Assistant Nurses for a full-time role delivering high-quality aged care to our elderly residents.

You will provide direct patient care, monitor health status, assist with medications under supervision, and maintain accurate records while supporting residents' wellbeing in a compassionate, respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to elderly residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting and dressing
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in residents' health status to senior nursing staff or healthcare professionals
• Assisting with the administration of prescribed medications under supervision and ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident care records and documentation
• Supporting residents' emotional and psychological wellbeing through compassionate communication and active listening
• Assisting with wound care, catheter management and other clinical procedures as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment for residents, including assisting with infection control protocols
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualised care plans
• Responding promptly to residents' requests and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Promoting residents' independence and dignity in all aspects of care delivery
