Job summary

Intel Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Planner to lead Early Engagement planning and end-to-end product execution across the NPI lifecycle. The role ensures product readiness, build plan feasibility, supply-demand alignment, and on-time delivery from concept through volume ramp.

You will collaborate across Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Business Units, manage cross-functional dependencies, drive risk assessments, and push for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand/supply planning, supply chain management, project management, or data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/365, with advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience in building dashboards, charts, graphs, and presenting insights effectively.
• Master's degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Background in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
• Familiarity with process and tool improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Early Engagement planning and end-to-end product execution across the NPI lifecycle.
• Ensure product readiness, build plan feasibility, and supply-demand alignment for successful launches.
• Drive risk assessment and operational execution while coordinating across Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Business Units.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
