Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in supply chain analytics or related areas, or Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with no prior experience.
• Proficiency in supply planning tools such as Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, O9, SAP IBP or similar.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and data visualization.
• Experience in modeling, forecasting, and optimization of supply chains.

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and execute supply chain schedules, forecasts, and capacity plans to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with BU, sales, finance and manufacturing to deliver optimal results.
• Apply analytical methods to optimize inventory, materials movement, and costs.
• Design product setup, bill of materials, and supply chain models for new manufacturing flows.
• Develop standardized reports and dashboards to support decisions.
• Manage supply disruption events and communicate adjusted plans to stakeholders.
