invites applications for an experienced engineering professional to lead product sustaining activities and drive NPI programs in a high-volume semiconductor environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering and 4–8 years of industrial experience in equipment development or maintenance, with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or above.
• At least 4-8 years and above of industrial experience in equipment development or equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage sustaining activities to improve yield, test time, quality and costs.
• Lead NPI and ramp to volume manufacturing for new products.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Design, Quality, FA for excursions and MRB processes.
