Job summary

Exentec Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an NPI Manager who can operate across Penang and Shah Alam, coordinating between Engineering, Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product launches.

The role requires a strong background in NPI with PM experience, leadership capabilities and excellent communication, aiming to drive early issue resolution and robust process development across sites.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or related field.
8+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience.
Strong NPI and project management experience.
At least 3 years of leadership/management experience preferred.
Experience in engineered-to-order or complex equipment manufacturing preferred.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage the company's NPI process and standards.
Ensure new products are successfully transferred from Engineering to Manufacturing.
Ensure products meet quality, cost, schedule and manufacturability requirements.
Establish NPI milestones, readiness criteria and approval gates.
Drive timely resolution of cross-functional issues.
Manage engineering changes and production configuration.
Develop and improve NPI processes, tools and team capabilities.
