Job summary

Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an NPI Engineer to guide design, development, troubleshooting, and optimization of manufacturing and supporting processes for new products. You will apply classical manufacturing engineering skills to accelerate readiness and ensure robust production launches.

You will drive APQP activities, publish progress reports to stakeholders, coordinate first-build onsite with customers, and travel to customer sites for early engagements and technology

Responsibilities

• Initiate and guide the design, development, troubleshooting, and optimization of manufacturing and supporting processes for new products.
• Execute and monitor new product introduction builds to drive improvements and deliver optimal manufacturing solutions.
• Publish progress reports on product readiness to stakeholders and coordinate customer visits for first build onsite.
• Drive year over year improvements in KPIs and lead APQP activities.
• Travel to customer sites for early engagement and new technology needs discussion; review quotes for accuracy.
