Job summary

Intel Corporation in Kulim is seeking a New Product Integrator to coordinate and execute NPI activities from engineering builds to high volume manufacturing. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain to ensure smooth product startups.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years in NPI or related engineering, with strong collaboration, planning and communication skills to drive successful product ramps at the Kulim facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or related roles.
• Knowledge of Assembly and/or Test processes and TD transfer methods; data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage NPI execution activities for new technologies/products.
• Coordinate NPI build execution with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain.
• Develop and manage detailed NPI execution plans with tasks, dependencies, effort and schedule.
• Track performance against schedule and CSIs at key NPI milestones (e.g., Recipe Check Out, Power On, samples).
• Ensure manufacturing readiness by coordinating system setup, process flow and material readiness.
• Identify and drive DFMA improvements during NPI execution with technical teams.
• Lead root cause investigations and align risk mitigation actions for NPI deliverables.
• Follow up on recovery actions to meet schedules and sample commitments.
• Document NPI readiness and deliverables, including process flow, routing, BOM, and qualification artifacts.
