Job summary

Pne Electric Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an engineer to transfer new products from design to manufacturing and to sustain current products. The role leads the NPI project team to ensure smooth sample runs, on-time delivery, and startup validation while conducting DFM, DFT, FMEA and PCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing/ Electrical/Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI project team to ensure smooth sample run, on-time delivery, execute task, conduct DFM, involve in DFT, FMEA and PCP, conduct project meeting and validate new product start-up.
• Handle documentation like BOM, drawings, project file and engineering modification.
• Coordinate between internal departments and liaise with customer/suppliers.
• Evaluate component for substitution or alternative and new component First Articles.
• Involve in product failure analysis.
• Involve in any task assigned by superior.
• Maintain proper housekeeping at work place.
• Report to Section / Department Head.
