You will collaborate with R&D, engineering and production to validate designs, sample materials, and assess manufacturability at scale.

Qualificações

• Participate in new product introduction activities with R&D and production teams.
• Lead or support cross-functional teams to ensure timely NPI and product transfer.
• Provide technical support for sample making and feasibility studies.
• Assist in process optimization and manufacturability considerations during transitions.
• Lead innovation projects in manufacturing concepts, automation, IoT, and AI.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in sample making and new product introduction activities.
• Provide technical support for product samples and ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering and production to transition from design prototypes to production.
• Drive process improvements and machine optimization for stable sample quality.
• Implement efficient material handling and flow strategies for VEC purposes.
