Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, engineering, or NPI leadership experience.
• Experience in High‑Mix, Low‑Volume manufacturing environments.
• Equivalent combination of education and industry experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Optimize NPI for lean, agile High‑Mix, Low‑Volume manufacturing.
• Align with Customer Managers to proactively define tooling and line needs.
• Develop data‑driven NPI frameworks; lead APQP, FAI, and product qualifications.
• Perform quote‑to‑actual analyses to protect margins on launches.
• Coach an agile team and uphold Plexus Core Values.
