Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Program Manager to drive end-to-end NPI activities from kickoff to mass production in the injection moulding sector. You will coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Tooling and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturing readiness and on-time launches.

The role requires strong project management experience and a track record in product transfers, prototypes, trials and ramp-ups, with focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI activities from initial project kick-off through mass production launch.
• Manage project timeline, milestones, risk assessment and action plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders including Engineering, Production, Quality, Tooling and Supply Chain teams.
• Review customer requirements, specifications, drawings, BOM and project documentation to ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Drive product transfer activities including prototype build, trial run, validation and production ramp-up.
• Support injection moulding process development and ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
• Coordinate tooling, mould development, engineering changes (ECN/ECO) and production readiness activities.
• Lead project meetings, track project progress and provide regular updates to customers and management.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical issues and drive corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve project execution, quality and production efficiency.
