Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an engineer to coordinate the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring timely milestones and objectives. You will lead NPI review meetings, document actions, and drive on-time delivery during development.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering with at least 2 years in process validation and change control, plus strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in process validation/qualification and change control.
Manufacturing experience and ability to lead a team.
Good communication and cross-function collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate introduction of new products into manufacturing with timely goals.
Lead NPI review meetings and document actions to meet timelines.
Support NPI production with quality and on-time delivery.
Provide engineering support in product development processes.
Collaborate with customers and suppliers on new projects, ensuring material availability.
Execute process validation and report data analysis for development stages.
