Job summary

Carsem (M) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a dynamic New Product Introduction (NPI) Executive to lead NPI, technology development, and manufacturing transfer projects across our semiconductor assembly operations—from Front-End of Line (FOL) through to End-of-Line (EOL).

You will be the primary technical and project interface between customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and internal teams, driving project execution, process readiness, and customer satisfaction to ensure timely mass production releases with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor assembly/packaging, NPI or project management.
PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead NPI projects from kick-off to mass production release.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risks, and contingencies.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams for process readiness.
Lead customer design reviews and manage ECR/ECO activities.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and support audits.
