Job summary

QDOS FLEXCIRCUITS SDN BHD is seeking an NPI engineer to drive new product introduction from conceptualization to prototype delivery, ensuring quality, cost and schedule targets are met. You will coordinate with process and equipment engineering, plan DOE, manage prototype execution, and support smooth transfer to mass production while maintaining manufacturability, quality and process capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in listed engineering fields.

Responsibilities

• Drive NPI from conceptualization to prototype delivery meeting quality, cost and schedule goals.
• Ensure smooth transition of NPI to mass production with manufacturability in mind.
• Collaborate with process/equipment engineering to expand new process envelopes.
• Plan prototype execution schedules and coordinate engineering design, materials, quality, and manufacturing.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation, DOE planning, and timely issue resolution.
• Support operations during ramp-up and ensure transfer targets are met.
