NPI Engineer (Integrated Product Lifecycle)

• Oversee the EMS factory in breaking down manufacturing tasks (e.g., electronics, mechanical, process, fixtures, planning, etc.)
• Ensure EMS factory personnel participate in product design, as well as product technical evaluations.
• Supervise the EMS factory in organizing and implementing functional/logic flow testing, test plan control, and reviews during New Product Development (NPI). Manage the evaluation of fixtures and automated equipment for NPI.
• Coordinate the pilot production process at the EMS factory, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of improvements for issues identified during trial run.

Mass Production:

• Oversee the EMS factory in setting up and optimizing replicated production lines to ensure on-schedule mass production.
• Monitor production output at the EMS factory.
• Track and ensure delivery performance at the EMS factory.
• Manage production changes and provide post-production technical support at the EMS factory.
• Follow up on cost-reduction initiatives at the EMS factory.

Other Responsibilities:

• Report to headquarters (China), identify issues and drive cross-functional improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience in TWS earphones or wearable devices is preferable.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (written and spoken).
• Willing to have frequent/long term business trip to India and China (Visa application, travel allowances, travel insurance and accommodation will be provided)
