Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering builds, or product development programs preferred.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, inventory planning, and procurement processes.
• Ability to review and analyze engineering BOMs, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to identify risks and drive timely solutions.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers to manage delivery, quality, cost, and schedule commitments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across global regions and time zones.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment.
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to work independently while supporting remote stakeholders.
• Able to attend some occasional night and early morning meetings with the US Team #LI-SC1 #LI-Onsite

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders and requests for quotes with technical documents, pricing, and milestones.
• Transform MRP demand signals into planned orders and confirm Purchase Orders.
• Develop and maintain PFEP by reviewing BOMs and driving actions.
• Drive component readiness to support builds and product launches.
• Expedite critical materials and coordinate recovery actions.
• Analyze and optimize inventory levels to match project schedules and manufacturing demand.
• Support engineering in BOMs, ECOs, and SIARs management.
• Collaborate with Commodity Management to align sourcing strategies and negotiate agreements.
• Maintain MRP parameters like lot/lead time and safety stock.
• Coordinate with Supplier Quality on quality issues for immediate intervention.
• Interacts with suppliers to support NPI deliverables.
• Manage creation and coordination of outside process rework orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
