PINNACLE ASPECT SDN. BHD. is seeking a driven Management Trainee to gain exposure across operations, customer experience, bar service, and events within the clubbing and nightlife business in Kuala Lumpur.

The program aims to develop future leaders through structured rotations and hands-on learning. Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Business or Hospitality are preferred, and a strong interest in nightlife and hospitality is essential.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in business, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong interest in the nightlife, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.

Mansioni

• Assist in daily club operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery
• Learn and support sales activities including table bookings and upselling
• Participate in event planning and execution
• Assist in business reporting, inventory monitoring, and operational tracking
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
