Job summary

Pinnacle Aspect Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a reliable Club Cashier to manage front-of-house financial transactions in a fast-paced nightlife venue in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle cash, card payments, and e-wallets, balance tills, and support the floor team during peak hours.

The role requires attention to detail, accuracy under pressure, and strict adherence to cash-handling policies. Night shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of cashier/front-of-house experience.
• Familiarity with modern POS systems and digital payment gateways.
• Able to work late-night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS terminal and floor during peak hours, handling entry cover charges, bottle service, bookings, and bar tabs.
• Process payments (cash, cards, e-wallets) accurately and securely.
• Perform end-of-night closing settlements and reconcile cash drawers with POS reports.
• Tally and balance cash, card, and e-wallet transactions.
• Prepare daily sales summary reports and document discrepancies.
• Monitor stock usage and assist with periodic counts and audits.
• Maintain a clean, secure cashier station and adhere to cash-handling policies.
• Assist floor/bar/management with ad-hoc duties during high-volume events.
