Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in warehouse Customer Service or logistics is preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS and shipment tracking systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and stakeholder support and timely updates on shipments and warehouse status.
• Act as the communication link between customers, warehouse operations, transporters and stakeholders.
• Follow up on requirements and escalate issues promptly.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound operations with warehouse teams and ensure data accuracy in systems.
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational documentation and reports.
• Support inventory reconciliation and related enquiries with operations.
