Job summary

Maersk in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia seeks a Warehouse Customer Service professional to support inbound/outbound operations, inventory, and timely communication with customers and stakeholders.

You will act as a link between customers, warehouse teams, and transporters, handling inquiries, documentation and reporting. A degree in logistics or related field is required, with familiarity in WMS and MS Office and a willingness to work weekly day/night shifts.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in warehouse Customer Service, logistics or supply-chain operations preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS and shipment tracking systems; proficiency in MS Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on shipment, order and warehouse status.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations and ensure accurate system updates.
• Monitor shipment progress and report delays or exceptions to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation and shift handovers.
• Support inventory reconciliation and reporting for stakeholders.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and assist with billing verification.
