Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own quality metrics for the assigned area.
• Collaborate with production, CQEs, and other teams to drive prevention.
• Track metrics, analyze trends, and plan improvements.
• Investigate defects, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on quality standards.
• Update and coordinate documentation.
• Lead IPA, inspections, floor walks; verify product specs.
• Prepare monthly Quality Update and KPI boards.
• Administer Review Board and action tracking.
• Containments for affected materials.
• Support product transfers and approvals.
• Liaise with manufacturing and support groups.
• Assist training and verify corrective actions.
• Take on new responsibilities as assigned.
• Occasional off-shift coverage.
