Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills; data-driven decision-making is required.
• Solid understanding of process knowledge relevant to the assigned area.
• Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access).
• Collaborative team player; able to work with operators, floor managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Quality ownership and metrics responsibility within the production area.
• Collaborate with supervisors, product, tooling, process, maintenance techs, and CQEs to drive quality improvements.
• Track and monitor quality metrics; analyze data trends and develop action plans.
• Investigate defects; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on maintaining quality standards to operators and supervisors.
• Develop and coordinate documentation updates as needed.
• Conduct in-process audits and directed inspections; lead floor walks and Gemba walks.
• Prepare end-of-month quality updates; share weekly quality performance on boards.
• Oversee Review Board administration and ensure timely completion of actions.
• Identify containment for affected materials and support product transfers and approvals.
• Act as liaison between Manufacturing and support groups across areas.
