Job summary

New Hoong Fatt Auto Supplies Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable leader to manage and supervise subordinates on new product development, ensuring requirements are met and products are brought to market on time. The role coordinates meetings with related departments to clarify requirements.

You will plan, manage, and monitor progress, ensure documentation like specifications and work instructions meet quality standards, and provide technical support to production, QA, and purchasing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin for overseas liaison.
• Fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise subordinates in new product development to meet requirements and time-to-market.
• Plan and coordinate meetings with related departments to ensure understanding and acceptance of requirements.
• Plan, manage and track progress of new products and trials to ensure proper layout, processes and documents.
• Prepare and monitor documentation for new products (specifications, layouts, work instructions) to meet quality and operation standards.
• Provide technical support to production, QA, and purchasing to resolve operational issues.
• Liaise with vendors on tool fabrication and component supply to meet schedules and quality.
• Drive continuous engineering ideas to improve workflow and product quality.
• Lead changes on the technical team and reinforce NHF values.
