DINGTONG PRECISION (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks a department leader to oversee planning and daily work arrangements, coordinating with internal and external teams to meet customer needs on time.

The role covers project development cycles, technology implementation, BOM management, and cost control, with responsibility for new product introduction, SOP and APQP/PPAP documentation, and process-flow formulation for new products and changes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Knowledge of APQP/PPAP and related documentation.
• Ability to lead new product introduction and trial production.

Aufgaben

• Overall planning and daily work arrangement of the department; follow up project progress and coordinate internally and externally.
• Project development cycle management and technology implementation.
• Project budget and team configuration.
• BOM management and cost control.
• Lead the introduction and trial production of new products.
• Be responsible for the performance evaluation of the new product development team.
• Formulation of APQP, PPAP, WI and SOP documents.
• Formulation of process flow for new products and modified products.
