Job summary
ADAT MAKMUR SDN. BHD. is seeking a Network Technician to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on hands-on networking, IT troubleshooting, cable installation, and supporting office telephone systems and computer hardware/software.
You will perform maintenance on network equipment, install cabling, diagnose IT issues, and provide on-site support to clients. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in IT/CS/Networking or related field.
- Experience with network wiring, testing, configuration, and maintenance.
- Provide support for office telephone systems and IT equipment.
- Willing to learn, responsible, and communicative.
- Fresh graduates with relevant networking knowledge encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for network and IT equipment.
- Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot cabling and wiring.
- Troubleshoot and maintain office telephone systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Perform hardware and software installation, setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Provide IT technical support at the office and customer sites.
- Assist with other IT and networking-related tasks as required.
