Overview

The Network Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing network infrastructures such as routers, switches, firewalls and Wi‑Fi equipment.

Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining network hardware: routers, switches, firewalls, servers, access points, etc.

Set up and manage wired and wireless networks, including LAN, WAN and VLANs.

Provide training to clients and team members on basic network troubleshooting.

Prepare detailed reports on network performance and fault analysis.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in IT or any engineering-related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in IT or network-related field.
• Technical skill: Able to configure MikroTik, Cisco and Huawei IT products such as routers, switches and wireless controllers; this will be an advantage.
