Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure and maintain enterprise network and infrastructure solutions.
• Independently manage network/infrastructure projects from planning to go-live and support.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements, coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (MOP, test plans, UAT).
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Perform network/infrastructure troubleshooting and provide root-cause analysis.
• Conduct PoC, testing, validation and production deployment.
• Provide technical support during migration, cutover and go-live activities.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
• Participate in incident troubleshooting and escalation for complex issues.
• Share knowledge and guidance with junior engineers.
• Ensure proper configuration backup, documentation and handover after completion.
• Participate in maintenance windows and provide production support as needed.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Network & Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise networking and IT infrastructure. Fresh Graduates are also welcomed for this role.

The candidate will be responsible for network and infrastructure implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, project coordination, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage project activities, communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered according to technical and operational requirements.

Strong technical experience in Palo Alto, Sophos, H3C, and Cloud platform will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise network and infrastructure solutions.

2. Independently manage assigned network and infrastructure projects from planning, implementation, testing, migration, go-live to post-implementation support.

3. Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements, provide recommendations, coordinate activities, and resolve technical issues.

4. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:

Method of Procedure (MOP)

Test plans and UAT documentation

5. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

6. Perform network and infrastructure troubleshooting and provide root-cause analysis.

7. Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC), testing, validation, and production implementation.

8. Provide technical support during migration, cutover, and go-live activities.

9. Monitor network and infrastructure performance and recommend improvements where required.

10. Participate in incident troubleshooting and escalation for complex network and infrastructure issues.
