Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking professionals to support project implementations and ongoing network and security operations for enterprise clients. You will deploy, configure, and optimize network infrastructure and security solutions across customer environments.

The role involves collaborating with customers, performing POCs and workshops, and staying current with evolving networking technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE, and Zero Trust. Initial training and vendor certifications are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Design, implement, migrate, and optimize customer network infrastructure.
• Configure Layer 2/Layer 3 switching, routing, wireless, firewall, and endpoint security.
• Perform solution validation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Prepare implementation documentation, migration plans, and technical handover.
• Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents across enterprise environments.
• Perform firmware upgrades, software patching, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, availability, and security.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend long-term improvements.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for enterprise customers.
• Work closely with customers during project implementation and post-deployment support.
• Participate in POCs, technical workshops, and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal sales and engineering teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Stay updated with emerging networking and cybersecurity technologies.
• Participate in vendor certification and technical training programs.
• Develop expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, NAC, cloud networking, and AI infrastructure networking.

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation

• Independently deploy and configure enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Design, implement, migrate, and optimize customer network infrastructure.
