Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Network Engineer to support and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, firewall, and cloud networking across APAC.

You will troubleshoot incidents, configure infrastructure at regional sites, and collaborate with MSPs and global IT teams to uphold security and performance.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in network engineering, Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba/Extreme, and basic cloud networking on AWS or AliCloud, with English and Mandarin skills.

Formación

• 3–5 years' experience in Network Engineering or Infra Operations.
• Strong LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and firewall knowledge.
• Hands-on Cisco networking and Palo Alto firewall exposure.
• English and Mandarin communication proficiency; MSP experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, firewall, and cloud networking environments
• Troubleshoot network incidents and ensure high service availability
• Configure, deploy, and optimize network infrastructure across regional sites
• Support network security and secure network operations initiatives
• Work closely with managed service providers and global IT teams
• Participate in infrastructure projects and technology rollouts across APAC
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders across China, APAC, Europe, and the US
• Maintain network documentation and operational procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement of network services and infrastructure standards

The Successful Applicant

• 3-5 years of Network Engineering or Infrastructure Operations experience
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale network environments
• Hands-on exposure to Cisco networking solutions
• Experience with firewall technologies, preferably Palo Alto
• Exposure to Aruba and/or Extreme Networks environments
• Basic cloud networking knowledge within AWS and/or AliCloud
• Understanding of network security principles and secure network design
• Experience working with outsourced IT operations or managed service providers (MSP)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with regional and global teams
