Job summary

dtcpay is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Engineer with Oracle NetSuite expertise to lead deployment, customization, and ongoing support of our ERP systems. You will drive configurations and collaborate with teams to ensure a streamlined rollout across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of cloud ERP experience with Oracle NetSuite.
Proven ERP implementation and deployment experience with Oracle NetSuite.
Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, including customization and integration.
Experience with databases, SQL, and data migration.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations, from discovery and configuration through testing and go-live.
Configure Oracle NetSuite modules to align with company-specific business processes and workflows.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system specifications.
Provide technical support during and after ERP implementation for stability and success.
Maintain data integrity during migrations and ensure successful data transfers.
Monitor post-implementation system performance and optimize efficiency.
Document implementation processes, customizations, configurations, and prepare reports/user manuals.
