Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager - Fund Accounting & NAV Calculation to lead a team responsible for NAV calculation, fund valuation, and reconciliations. You will drive accuracy, SLAs, and risk controls in a fast-paced, international financial services environment.

The role demands strong accounting knowledge, 5–8 years in fund accounting, and proven people leadership. You will mentor staff, optimize processes, and ensure compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of relevant Fund Accounting or related financial services operations.
• Minimum 3 years of proven people management experience.
• Direct Fund Accounting experience preferred; derivatives, reconciliations, or wealth operations may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fund Accounting team to ensure NAV calculation, fund valuation, reconciliations, and daily operations.
• Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and SLAs.
• Monitor performance, allocate resources, and drive process improvements.
• Handle escalated issues with timely resolutions and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and maintain internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.
• Coach and develop team members through training and performance feedback.
• Maintain procedures and test business continuity plans regularly.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accuracy and service quality.
