Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, seeks a Fund Accountant to join a professional team delivering accurate fund valuations and NAVs across a fund range. Valuations are daily, weekly and monthly, ensuring SLAs, audit and regulatory requirements are met.

You will collaborate with Quality Assurance, Shareholder Services, Transaction Management, Operations Control, Central Payment Management and Financial Reporting to maintain accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in funds accounting/pricing/client reporting within financial markets.
• Demonstrated knowledge of fund products, fund accounting systems and regulations.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work independently; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate prices for allocated funds within deadlines and SLAs.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure NAV deliverables meet client standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with QA, Shareholder Services, Transaction Management and other teams.
• Ensure process controls are implemented and continuously improved; escalate issues as needed.
• Support identification of technology and operational improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce costs.
• Contribute to special projects that may account for up to 30% of the role.
